Tutoring Center

The Tutoring Center offers subject area tutoring to all students for all UMFK courses via peer tutors, individually and in small groups.

Tutoring is designed to help students who

• need reassurance,
• may be struggling with content,
• are falling behind in class, or
• need additional help.

Students are able to schedule their own tutoring directly through the Navigate app (see The Navigation Guide under downloads)

The Student Success Center provides proctoring for students with approved testing accommodations, Placement (ACCULACER), CLEP, FLATs, and MAT. For more information see Testing & Proctoring

Students are encouraged to submit items to the Writing Center via our Writing Assistance Request form
