A place to find great staff, tools, and resources
Sofia Birden (sbirden@maine.edu) provides help with:
- Research
- Eportfolios
- Basic technical problems (printing, email, internet access from laptops, etc.)
- Some Brightspace issues
Circulation staff provides help with:
- Interlibrary loan (helping get research materials from other libraries when we don't have access to full-text)
- Working with students on lost/damaged materials and fines
- Reserve materials (materials placed on reserve for classes)
- Basic technical problems (printing, email, internet access from laptops, etc.)
- Basic research if Sofia is not available
Other staff provides help with:

- Equipment to check out, including laptops
