  • Archives at Maine Poutinefest! (September 14, 2024)

    • The Archives staff tabled at Maine Poutinefest at Thompsons Point in Portland, ME. The event had a number of food trucks serving their take on poutine, vendors, music and more! 

  • Preserving Your Family Treasures: a free, virtual lecture on the preservation and care of family heirlooms (September 26, 2024.)

  • Spring 2025 annual lecture series

  • Exhibit at A.R. Gould Hospital in Presque Isle (March 1-31st)

  • Sucrerie at UMFK [open to the public] (March 9, 2023 11am-1pm)

    • A traditional Acadian meal will be served in the dining hall (Nowland Hall), Les Chanteurs Acadiens will be performing, and Northwood Nectar will be serving sugar on snow outside on the green. 

We have book launches, class visits, French-language conversation groups and more. The Archives is always planning future events so make sure to check back regularly for updates!
