Question 1: What does mental health mean to you?
Feedback: Campus had a good understanding of mental health. Many through their definition shared personal experience.
Question 2: Are there certain topics in mental health you would like to learn more about?
Feedback: By far coping skills was mentioned the most, in addition, recognizing and helping people in distress, resources and practices to help students/staff/faculty and more on anxiety and depression
Question 3: Are there sessions you would like to lead on mental health?
Feedback: One person offered to lead a training session.
Question 4: Would you prefer the training sessions to be tied to the town hall meetings (short and more frequent) or in stand alone meetings (longer and one per month)?

"It would be beneficial to coordinate with the Wellness Committee to help promote this series and also to work with the Wellness Champion to get trainings Level II approved which might also boost attendance!"

"A session that would be relevant and important for staff would be how our actions/ reactions/ words/ body language (sometimes based on our mental health status) affect those around us including other staff and students. These actions could in turn affect the mental health of others."
