The American Poetry Review is dedicated to reaching a worldwide audience with a diverse array of the best contemporary poetry and literary prose. APR also aims to expand the audience interested in poetry and literature, and to provide authors, especially poets, with a far-reaching forum in which to present their work.

For over 80 years, Analog Science Fiction and Fact has provided an unbeatable combination of stimulating fiction stories, provocative editorials, and fascinating science-fact articles, all solidly rooted in science fact.

From its earliest days in 1977 under the editorial direction of Isaac Asimov, Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine has maintained the tradition of publishing the best stories, unsurpassed in modern science fiction, from award-winning authors and first-time writers alike. In recent years, Asimov's has placed more stories on the Final Hugo Ballot than all of its competitors combined, and more than twice as many as its closest competitor

The James Dickey Review is an independent, nonprofit, professional literary journal currently administrated by students and faculty at Lynchburg College. Though attempting to maintain an artistic and intellectual connection to the work of James Dickey, the James Dickey Review accepts all manner of poetry, nonfiction, scholarly articles, and book reviews.

Paideuma was first published in 1972 with the subtitle A Journal Devoted to Ezra Pound Scholarship . In 2002 it broadened its focus, and the subtitle of the journal is now Modern and Contemporary Poetry and Poetics .

For over four decades, the Writer’s Chronicle has served as a leading source of articles, news, and information for writers, editors, students, and teachers of writing. Published six times a year, the Chronicle provides diverse insights into the art of writing that are accessible, pragmatic, and idealistic.

The Aroostook Review is the online literary journal of the English Program at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.

Early American Literature publishes the finest work of scholars examining American literature from its inception through the early national period, about 1830. Founded in 1965, EAL invites work treating Native American traditional expressions, colonial Ibero-American literature from North America, colonial American Francophone writings, Dutch colonial, and German American colonial literature as well as writings in English from British America and the US.

First published in 1999, Gothic Studies is the refereed journal of the International Gothic Association. The journal currently appears twice each year, in May and November, and publishes a mixture of general issues and guest-edited specials. Gothic Studies also includes a regular reviews feature, occasional interviews with significant figures in Gothic, calls for papers and conference announcements. This is the only academic publication exclusively devoted to the field of Gothic, and it thus represents essential reading for students and teachers of the genre.

Journal of Modern Literature is widely recognized as the journal of record for modern literature. More than 20 years after its founding, it remains the most important scholarly journal in its field. In recent years, its coverage has expanded to include contemporary writing as well as literature other than English and American, and it now addresses all literature written in the 20th century

The Southern Literary Journal, a peer-reviewed journal of the University of New Carolina Department of English and Comparative Literature. The journal publishes articles on the literature and culture of the American South and especially encourages global and hemispheric comparative scholarship linking the American South and its literatures and cultures to other Souths.
