D2L’s Accessibility Academy hosts courses created by D2L for Brightspace users. These courses guide course developers in creating courseware that can be used by learners who use assistive technologies such as screen readers or screen magnifiers. D2L customers can create a member account with their institutional email using the instructions given in this document: Register for Community Single Sign On. They can then access the courses via SSO login into D2L’s Brightspace Community website. If you are not a D2L customer, you can still access the courses by creating an account the first time you click on a course link and get to the Community log in screen.
